Is there anything I need to do to prepare for a session?
The intention you set when you book your session can be one of the most powerful things you do in preparation.
Please schedule your session at a time where you can be in a quiet and private place.
Please have a large glass of water with you for during your session as water will help support your healing and clearing. Limit or omit alcohol or other substances at least one day before for optimal results.
Other than that, relax, smile and trust in the timing of your session.
Trust that what your guides want you to hear or see will come through for you in Divine timing.
What is an activation?
An activation comes through a transmission of light codes channeled through Melanie.
These are encoded with frequency upgrades. Some are initiations and remembrances to your soul’s innate wisdom.
Some activations call you to rewire, recode and recalibrate dormant parts of your DNA that holds the patterns and frequencies of expansion and connection to your Highest Self and source.
The best way to know how activations work is to experience one. The shifts you experience may be immediate or you may not notice them right away.
Quantum healing works on a timeline that is much faster than our human minds can perceive. Much like reciting ancient mantras, even if you dont understand Sanskrit, these frequencies support deep cellular healing. In this way an activation is encoded for deep healing.
What is a clearing?
A clearing is a form of energy healing facilitated through Melanie’s channel with Divine guidance and support.
We release energetic patterns, ancestral timelines and information, we offer gratitude the lessons these energies have brought to you and let them go to call in more freedom, more space to live with an open heart, and more alignment to the now moment where you are limitless.
There is nothing you need to do but show up, see and feel what guidance reveals to you.
If you are here, you know you are ready to let go, to surrender to spread your wings to experience more peace, purpose and fulfillment.
Are there any instructions for after a session?
After a session you might feel a range of feelings, from euphoria and energized, to a sense of deep relief. I’ve had people say they feel reborn after only one session.
Occasionally people feel sleepy during or after, this is usually from your subconscious mind absorbing the healing frequencies from the session.
Some healings are immediate, yet the guides will often offer to continue supporting you in your healing in the coming days.
In this way allowing things to unfold and being witness to new perspectives you may experience will help lock in the new codes that come through for you.
Continue drinking a lot of water to clear any energy we have released during the session.
Hydrating your cells and your circulatory system helps you radiate with the crystalline frequencies of light.
How does a group session differ from a 1:1 session?
A group session is a transmission where channeled guidance comes through for any number of participants in the session.
Guidance comes through for the collective in a beautiful way. Everyone walks away with something that feels meant just for you.
At times the collective clearing can feel powerful.
This is a very individual experience.
How much can you ground and drop into a state of receptivity to allow the transmission to touch the parts of your subconscious that receive the healing.

How long is a session?
A session will typically run for one hour.
In person PEMF, Far Infrared, Hot Stones, and Chromotherapy sessions can be booked for 30-45-60 minutes.
First Crystal Chromotherapy session is 15-20 minutes to prepare your energy body for the healing and upgrades.
Will I really experience healing in only one session?
Healing in the quantum realm, working with atomic healing, cellular healing and light codes can be deeply transformative.
Each of you is on a different part of your journey of ascension.
For many, the deep release that may occur can be life changing. We are also working with the emotional, physical, and energy body, so the healing is multifaceted.
For some, the shifts, perspectives and channeled guidance is so affirming, you may want to have follow up sessions or spiritual coaching to integrate what comes through.
For example, you may meet a spirit guide in your session who you maybe haven’t been consciously aware of.
Deepening your relationship to your highest self and divine guides, is always possible in these sessions.
What is PEMF?
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy, a non-invasive treatment that uses electromagnetic pulses to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain.
These sessions are deeply restorative. The negative ions are deeply detoxifying. It is recommended to drink extra water in the hours and day after a session.
